Big Tee Racing can repair your hull or make modifications to your specification using all readily available materials.

We can undertake to mould one-offs for you in carbon kevlar or simply reinforce your existing hull with carbon fibre.

Our experience of working with fibreglass and its more modern counterparts stems from having worked in the windsurfing market where boards were made to the highest standards using the best materials. This expertise transfers across to the construction of RC racing hulls directly.

Here to the left, you can see the painstaking detail we go to in repairing hull damage. We don't just slop in a load of filler but carefully grind away all the broken areas, reinforce with layers of GRP cloth, then apply a gelcoat and grind/sand back to a smooth, strong finish.

This gives not only a strong, reliable repair that is not prone to cracking, but looks good to.
